Kame Hame Haaa!!!

Yeah yeah couldn’t wait for my cute rambut terpacak Son Goku gracing our Sony at home although I know we will only get to watch months after its release…. sobSobSob…

I remembered this is the ONLY comic book that I’ll wait patiently every 2 weeks or was it once a week release back when I was in KL. Every Sunday, Hunky and I will visit the mamak store to check whether Dragon Ball is already out then I had to wait for hunky to finish reading them then I’ll get my turn…

Last December, hunky nearly wanted to throw all the comics fortunately he listened to my pleas ‘coz sometimes I do need to enjoy them again… usually I’ll start from the first to the last comic series in one go which need almost a week… the last time I enjoyed them was before I had Kyran and that was ages ago maybe it’s time to read them again to refresh my memories on the storyline…

Dragon Ball is so super syiok and my nephew can swear to that because that’s how he learn to read super fast when he was 6 or was it 7… hmm not sure… he kept on pestering his father to read the comic for him and who can tahan ohh reading outloud and then have to explain the story to a boy of that age so the father gave him the ultimatum of reading the comics by himself so my nephew did just that. I remembered ba be bi bo bu pun belum pass lagi but don’t know lah how he did it… determine betul mungkin my nephew that!!!

So Dragon Ball is actually a comic series eh ‘Japanese Manga Series’ written and illustrated by Akira Toriyama (info taken from wikipedia). It started about Son Goku who just lost his grandfather and is now looking for his grandfather’s dragonball which is a ball with 4 stars carved/drawn on it. He then met Bulma who is also seeking the dragonball and from her Son Goku learnt that there are 7 other Dragon Balls scattered all over the earth. Bulma has a tracking device for the Dragon Ball and it’s her dearest wish to assemble them together and call upon the dragon who will grant the assembler’s greatest wish. So basically it's about Son Goku's life story from his childhood up to him living in the land of the dead. I don’t have any favourite chapters as I love them all… oh my oh my… couldn’t wait for the movie… yihaaaa…
